The Extractor is a machine which, as its variants, was introduced in the first versions of the game. Their only function is to extract resources of nodes.

Appearence

The main structure of the Extractor is made of stone, while the rest consists of blue light.

Craft

Use

The Extractor must be used on ore nodes to harvest resources.
To set it, you must right-click on the node to harvest it.

Once it’s activated, the animation changes to show the extracted block in the machine.
From that moment, it is no longer possible to recover the Extractor.
The block diameter shown in the machine decreases proportionally to the past time.
Once the work is completed, the block is no longer visible in the machine.
Once the player gets the resources, the Extractor disappears.

Trivia

Placed in a wood Planter or a flower Pot, the Extractor is shown like when it has finished its extraction.
